Exclusions

  • Flight/Train/Bus tickets are not included
  • Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
  • Entrance fees to monuments and museum
  • All personal expenses
  • Anything not mentioned in the inclusions list
  • 5% GST and 5% TCS or as applicable to the total amount

Note: As the toy train tickets are limited if you want to book toy train ticket, need to book 60 days in advance.

Payment Policy

Payment Terms for Travel Bookings

Booking Fee

  • 50% Advance at the Time of Booking: To secure your reservation, an upfront payment of 50% of the total booking fee is required. This ensures that your spot is held and any necessary arrangements can be made.

Balance Payment

  • 50% Balance Due 15 Days Before Departure: The remaining 50% of the booking fee must be paid at least 15 days prior to your departure date. This allows for final confirmations and ensures everything is in order for your trip.

Transportation Tickets

  • 100% Fare for Tickets: Whether you are traveling by train, bus, flight, cruise, ferry, or boat, the full fare for your transportation tickets must be paid in advance. This guarantees your seat and secures your mode of transport.

It is crucial to adhere to these payment terms to avoid any disruptions or cancellations of your travel plans. Always confirm the payment details with your travel provider to ensure clarity and avoid any misunderstandings. Safe travels!

Cancellation Policy

# PACK YOUR BAGS Cancellation Policy

At PACK YOUR BAGS, we understand that sometimes travel plans change unexpectedly. To accommodate our customers while maintaining the integrity of our booking system, we have established the following cancellation policy:

## General Cancellation Guidelines

1. **Standard Bookings**:

- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of ₹5,000.

- Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to departure will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the booking cost.

- Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.

2. **Promotional or Discounted Bookings**:

- These bookings are often non-refundable. However, if cancellation is necessary, please contact customer service for potential alternatives.

## Group Travel

- **Group Bookings**:

- For groups of 10 or more, cancellations made more than 45 days in advance will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of ₹4000.

- Cancellations made between 30 to 45 days prior will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking.

- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the departure date are non-refundable.

## Special Circumstances

- **Medical Emergencies**:

- In the event of a medical emergency, please provide appropriate documentation, and we will work with you to determine the best course of action.

 

- **Natural Disasters or Government Travel Restrictions**:

- In cases where travel is impacted by natural disasters or government-issued travel bans, customers may be eligible for rescheduling without penalty.

## How to Cancel

- To cancel a booking, please contact our customer service team via phone or email. Our representatives are available to assist you in processing your cancellation efficiently.
