- 100% Fare for Tickets: Whether you are traveling by train, bus, flight, cruise, ferry, or boat, the full fare for your transportation tickets must be paid in advance. This guarantees your seat and secures your mode of transport.

2. **Promotional or Discounted Bookings**:
- These bookings are often non-refundable. However, if cancellation is necessary, please contact customer service for potential alternatives.
## Group Travel
- **Group Bookings**:
- For groups of 10 or more, cancellations made more than 45 days in advance will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of ₹4000.
