DAY 1 - Cochin Arrival – Munnar

Arrival: You will be warmly welcomed by our representative upon your arrival at Cochin Airport or Railway Station. Transfer to Munnar: Embark on a scenic drive to Munnar (approximately 130 km, 4 hours 30 minutes). En Route Attractions: Cheeyapara & Vallara Waterfalls: Seasonal waterfalls offering a refreshing sight. Tea Gardens: Visit if open and explore the lush greenery (optional). Night Stay: Munnar

DAY 2 - Munnar Sightseeing

Explore Munnar: Mattupetty Dam: Visit this significant hydroelectric project, home to diverse wildlife. Kundala Lake: Enjoy the picturesque setting and admire Asia's first Arch Dam. DAY 3 - Munnar to Alleppey – Houseboat Experience

DAY 4 - Alleppey to Cochin Departure

  • 100% Fare for Tickets: Whether you are traveling by train, bus, flight, cruise, ferry, or boat, the full fare for your transportation tickets must be paid in advance. This guarantees your seat and secures your mode of transport.

2. **Promotional or Discounted Bookings**:

- These bookings are often non-refundable. However, if cancellation is necessary, please contact customer service for potential alternatives.

## Group Travel

- **Group Bookings**:

- For groups of 10 or more, cancellations made more than 45 days in advance will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of ₹4000.

- Cancellations made between 30 to 45 days prior will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking.

- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the departure date are non-refundable.

## Special Circumstances

- **Medical Emergencies**:

- **Natural Disasters or Government Travel Restrictions**:

- In cases where travel is impacted by natural disasters or government-issued travel bans, customers may be eligible for rescheduling without penalty.
